• No additional cost for extra lighting, but let us know if you need access to electricity, for which the conference center charges $65, and optional ethernet is $150 (unsecured wifi is free).
  • Tables will be located in the atrium, outside the main conference room.
  • Setup begins at 7:00 AM Saturday, the program starts at 8:30 AM. Arrive depending on how long it will take you to set up. Additional set up available between 3:00 and 5:00 PM on Friday.
  • Tables are limited, and there is no deadline; however, once we are sold out, we cannot accommodate any more tables.

When are vendors allowed to set up?

• Set up for vendors will be on Friday, March 3, between 9-5 pm and Saturday, March 4, starting at 7 am

Can vendors unload close to the venue?

• Yes, you may unload on Bruce Landon Way and then park. See our Directions/Parking tab for parking info.

Where should vendors park?

• You may choose to park anywhere you like however if you have a small (under 6'2) vehicle the Civic Center parking is the closest. *UNDER CONSTRUCTION FOR THE CONGRESS

Is lunch provided for the vendors?

• Yes, there will be a boxed lunch provided for each vendor registered. There will be a variety of wraps to choose from but it will be first come first served.

Are vendors allowed to leave their tables and enjoy the conference?

• Absolutely! This is your table and you may do whatever you want to promote or sell your awesome stuff! However, unless there has been an agreement already set in place, we cannot help man your table or be held responsible for any items missing.

Will there be a tablecloth on the tables rented?

• Yes, included in every 6ft table is a white tablecloth for you to use as you like.

Is there electricity available if needed?

• Yes, however you need to have paid for its use per the MassMutual center. When you fill out your vendor form be sure to check off that you need electricity.

Am I allowed to pick my table location?

• No, however, you may make requests and we can do our best to accommodate your needs. A corner table, wall space, near someone, etc are all reasonable requests but we would need to know with plenty of advance notice.
